The task was to select a website that has a lot of usability issues, identify them and redesign the website so as to create a better user experience
The BEST Undertaking is the Brihanmumbai Electric Supply & Transport Undertaking of the Brihanmumbai Mahanagarpalika. The website offers services such as payment of electricity bills, information regarding bus services and also serves as a portal for employees, to name a few.
